Junior Planner

Your role in the story

You provide specialist planning services for the preparation and execution of tenders and projects and play an important part in securing and executing projects. You determine installation cycle times, transport logistics and set-up preparation schedules including engineering, management and procurement. 

You will prepare reliable offshore execution schedules for the tender and project teams and will set-up and maintain project execution schedules. As a Planner you will plan all activities related to the preparations and execution of the projects in such a manner that an optimum, safe execution and preparation can be realized. You will work closely together with multiple disciplines to gather information and provide support by reporting progress, creating what-if scenarios and by performing critical path analysis.

What you will be working on

• Set-up and maintain schedules for tenders and projects;
• Give advice and support on planning related issues to internal clients;
• Create accurate as-built schedules based on data gathered offshore to ensure qualitative recording of experience in planning database;
• Ensure on-time completion of planning, progress and close-out reports;
• Liaise with other disciplines, departments and subcontractors as applicable.

Requirements:

• Vocational degree preferable with a technical background;
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
• Willingness to go offshore.
