As a Project manager Business Transformation, you will play a key role in Heerema’s transition towards a more strategic, digitally enabled HR function. You will be at the forefront of change, driving initiatives that streamline processes, improve service delivery, and align HR operations with our long-term business goals. What you will be working on:
- Support the design and execution of strategic transformation projects within the HR department.
- Provide expert business consulting, including process mapping and functional systems research.
- Coordinate cross-functional HR projects, including new service and tool development.
- Lead change management activities to ensure effective adoption of new ways of working.
- Contribute to the digitalization of HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the centralization of HR services while aligning with stakeholder expectations.

Key ingredients for success:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business consulting, project management, or transformation programs.
- Utilize your ability to think in the big picture, zoom in on details, is data driven and understand the links between various items to drive impactful HR initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect dots and translate insights into action.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR systems and software (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of process mapping, service design, and change management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
