Draughtsman (Junior)

Your role in the story

As a (Junior) Draughtsman, you will play a key role in bringing our offshore projects to life. You will support the Engineering team by creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models that are essential for the preparation, installation, and removal of offshore platforms and wind farms. Working closely with experienced engineers and customers in multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to innovative and practical solutions for some of the most complex projects in the offshore installation industry. Your input will help ensure the safe and efficient execution of our operations, making you an integral part of our project success.

What you will be working on

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings for offshore installation methods and structural designs.
• Collaborate with installation and structural engineers to optimize designs and visualization.
• Develop innovative solutions for offshore installations and structural challenges.
• Coordinate with the visualization team to prepare animations.
• Supply 3D models for testing installation methods in HMC’s simulation center.
• You work with the tools such as Microstation, Inventor or Blender

• A flexible team player who is eager to closely work with the engineers;
• Be prepared to work temporarily offshore on our ships to see your project being executed 
• You work accurate to ensure the Heerema (operational) standards are met for safe and efficient execution of installation methods
• A Vocational degree preferable with a technical background;
• You have communication skills in the English language, both spoken and written.
