Your role in the story
As a Compensation and Benefits Officer, you will play a key role across several critical areas of Human Resources. Your responsibilities will include:
- Global mobility, supporting and coordinating the international relocation and assignment of employees;
- HR policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance and contributing to the development and implementation of internal frameworks;
- Compensation and reward, designing and managing competitive and equitable salary structures;
- Employee benefits, overseeing programs such as pensions, insurance, and other perks that enhance employee well-being;
- Annual company agreements and union relations, participating in negotiations and maintaining constructive dialogue with employee representatives.
In this role, you contribute directly to attracting, retaining, and motivating talent, while aligning compensation strategies with organizational goals and legal requirements.
