Junior ESG Reporting Analyst

As a Junior ESG Reporting Analyst at Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC), you’ll play an essential role in supporting our sustainability reporting journey and ensuring we stay at the forefront of responsible offshore operations.

You’ll work closely with our ESG Reporting Specialist, gaining hands-on experience in Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) processes while building the foundations of your career. What You Will Be Working On

Support: Assist the Reporting Specialist in the preparation and delivery of sustainability reports.

Data Coordination: Ensure required data is delivered on time, following up with colleagues across the business when needed.

Audit Preparation: Help make sure all audits run smoothly and reports are complete and correct.

Evidence Management: Organize and maintain the proof and documentation required for compliance.

Learning & Growth: Develop expertise in ESG reporting, CSRD requirements, and sustainability best practices.

Key Ingredients for Success

• A university or applied sciences degree (background in sustainability, business, economics, or related fields is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, you’re not afraid to remind others about deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of sustainability reporting.
• Fluency in English.

No prior work experience in ESG reporting is required, this role is perfect for a starter who is motivated to build a career in sustainability.
