Hollandse Kust Noord jacket fabrication

In December 2020, Heerema Fabrication Group was awarded the contract for the fabrication of a jacket for the Hollandse Kust Noord project of Smulders / Iemants to Tennet. The construction was executed at the Vlissingen fabrication location, starting early 2021 and finishing in October 2021. The jacket was installed in the Dutch sector of the North Sea, approximately 30 kilometers from IJmuiden. The construction was relatively short track and complicated, with cable decks and a challenging number of J-tubes.
