We performed a constructability study that included construction and installation and assessed several base ports and floater designs. We provided insights on the methodology and cycle times and created a CAPEX model.

Solution

We delivered an asset and equipment assessment alongside an installation storyboard with cycle times. This was also used to generate a cost model with valuable insights for the client on the marginal installation costs.
