HES was asked to assist on the project management and the installation methodologies for a subsea installation project, including the installation of rigid pipelines and an umbilical. Furthermore HES assisted on an installation schedule and a mob- demob plan.

HES employs several project- and specialist engineers with years of experience and in-field exposure on subsea projects.
