Last Minute Redesign

At HES we believe in a new way of working, in which automation plays a key role, increases quality, reduces human error and keeps cost low. During a recent project HES was requested to perform a redesign of a Grillage and Seafastening system onboard a construction support vessel within an ultrashort timeframe. 

By utilising our in-house developed software for Grillage and Seafastening Grillex we were able to meet the stringent deadline of our client. Due to the parametric set-up of the design in Grillex we were able to accommodate late changes in the design without jeopardizing the deadline. The pictures show how the Grillex design became reality onboard the vessel.
