For offshore staff and specialized staff in our construction facilities taylor-made compensation is based on shifts.
While your salary reflects your level of expertise, we reward personal performance and the overall success of the company. Each division has its own Economic Added Value (EVA) based bonus scheme. This bonus is related to the companies’ objectives and translated into targets. Another part of your bonus is linked to your personal performance assessed through the Performance Management process.
