Orientation program
All new employees participate in a divisional orientation program. This program offers you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the various activities in the division and the activities in the Heerema Group.
Professional skills programs
These programs are delivered at a divisional level and aim to develop and enhance your professional skills. Topics range from specific technological courses to effective time management, and aim to enhance your personal effectiveness and skill set.
Performance Management
Our employees are periodically assessed on the basis of a set of performance management criteria. The outcome is often fed into a personal and professional training program. Coaching and mentoring are part of our development strategy.
Leadership Development Program
Heerema Group offers some of its most talented and ambitious employees the opportunity to participate in Leadership Development Training. The program is set up in three phases. Leading yourself, leading others and leading the business. For the first and second phases, participants are invited to four one-week gatherings outside of the office, enabling team work and coaching. The program has been set up in close cooperation with Krauthammer International, a leading consultancy-based business trainer.
IMD
Heerema works in close cooperation with the renowned IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, offering executive management programs. These highly ranked management programs challenge our employees to stay and think ahead of the business. www.IMD.ch
